Qualifications & Experience
- Handle daily all external and internal requests regarding clinical cases, with a focus on incoming cases, communication about images quality and other issues;
- Provide answers in a clear/structured way within an acceptable timeframe for the business relation;
- Involve other colleague(s) where needed to find a solution for problems and make clear agreements with them on answering these question on a timely manner;
- Detect, solve and/or escalate recurring problems on the operational side;
- Participate when required in the integration of CuSe operations of new partners or products.
- At least upper intermediate written and spoken English;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to lead clear and structural communication (both written and via phone/skype);
- Good technical and operational background is a plus.
