The Position

 

Materialise is a dynamic Belgian high-tech worldwide company, founded in 1990, with over 2,200 employees. Our mission is to innovate for a better and healthier world through our software and hardware infrastructure and our in-depth knowledge of additive manufacturing (also known as 3D Printing).

We would like to welcome Agile Coach to our Mimics team.

Mimics software allows you to process and edit your 2D image data (CT, MRI) to construct 3D models with the utmost accuracy, flexibility and user-friendliness. The powerful segmentation tools allow you to segment your medical CT/MRI images, take measurements and engineer directly on your 3D model. From there you can export your 3D data to a wide range of output formats and engineering applications, such as FEA, design, surgical simulation, additive manufacturing and more.

Qualifications & Experience

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with 1 team (up to 10 people) from the start and possible 2 teams later
  • Lead teams daily activities within the Scrum Framework
  • Removing project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance
  • Create and support transparent process of PBR, which engages entire scrum team
  • Help the development team to create high-value products
  • Ensure the development team is working effectively
  • Create transparency in processes
  • Help the team to understand and follow the goals, scope of work and product domain
  • Coach the Development Team in organizational environments
  • Help employees and stakeholders understand and implement Scrum practices 
  • People management (assist with goals settings, people development, regular follow-ups, and performance review)
  • Drive establishment of the learning organization through leading, training, and coaching

 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Agile Coach or Scrum Master role in total
  • Software background in any role within the development team
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Great coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills
  • Creative approach to problem-solving, with a strong customer focus and commitment to deliver
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian

Will be a plus:

  • Valid Agile certifications
  • Work in SAFe/LESS or any other scaled frameworks
  • Leading or participation in Agile/Scaled Agile transformation processes
  • Work and coach distributed teams
