QA Complaint Analyst

Responsibilities

Part of being passionate about what we do and part of innovating is the drive to continuously improve. All feedback received from customers - whether it is a suggestion or complaint - is a key resource to improve our products. To ensure that we derive as much benefit as possible from this feedback, we are looking for a QA Complaint Analyst:

  • You will document customer complaints and together with the correct internal stakeholders perform investigations to determine the root causes;
  • You will extract important information (trends, high severity complaints, etc.) from the complaints & make it available for stakeholders (product management, product development, manufacturing, …);
  • You will define action plans for CAPA’s and make sure the right people are involved.

 

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor degree in Biomedical Sciences, Quality, … or similar through experience;
  • You have excellent (English) communication skills;
  • You are detail oriented and good at troubleshooting;
  • You are proactive and you always look for opportunities for improvement;
  • Affinity with quality assurance, statistics, and/or with measurement tools is considered a plus.
