To further boost the growth of our ground-breaking 3D printed implants in the CMF market, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to take the responsibilities to build and manage a commercial distribution channel within the CMF market!
Qualifications & Experience
You will be responsible to build and manage the commercial distribution channel within the CMF market
You will define the global commercial distribution channel strategy. This means that you will identify and follow up on global and local trends, determine which regions need further development, determine the main distributor profiles and identify key distributors. You define which growth should be realized and how, and keep the pulse of the regional market DNA to determine how best to align with it.
You analyze sales results and provide input on how the sales strategy can be improved and further fine-tuned based on your understanding of customer and market evolutions and sales expertise. You develop and propose solutions and guide their implementation.
You develop and maintain distributors and prospective distributors relationships on a global level.
You implement channel partners/distributors sales strategies to meet monthly sales quota.
You negotiate contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel distributors.
You support channel distributors sales with key accounts and key tenders.
You proactively hunt for large deals and opportunities.
You develop new markets by building strong partner(s) network.
You use your leadership and sales acumen to train and develop partners’ sales staff.
You will be supported by the pre- and post-sales support team.
You define and monitor Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel distributor relationship.
You evaluate and assess new distribution channels and partners.
You possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Business
You have experience in managing a distribution channel and enjoyed a successful career in the Healthcare / Life Science Industry
You have a passion for the CMF industry and experience or an existing network in it.
You show min. 5 years of experience in a business development, Sales or distributor sales role.
You hold excellent negotiation skills when it comes to complex agreements.
You are able to communicate on different levels both internally and externally and show outstanding listening and presentation skills.
Good analytical skills, meticulous approach with a high level of attention to detail
Ability to think strategically and define strategies and market approaches with customers
You are well organized, team oriented.
You fluently communicate in English. Knowledge of other languages (French, German, Dutch or Italian) is a strong asset.
You are willing and able to travel up to 50+% of your time.
