Qualifications & Experience

 

Responsibilities

As an Accountant, you will assist the different departments within the accounting team to cope with the growth of the company and to get acquainted with all aspects of accounting in an international company. Your responsibilities as an accountant will be as follows:

  • Assist the Accounts Payable team and be co-responsible for input of purchase invoices
  • Be the responsible of the expense notes program and the daily input of the expense notes
  • Follow-up on timely payment of suppliers
  • Assist in the monthly closing process and assure the completeness of costs
  • Assist the G/L accountant during the monthly closing of some smaller entities and become responsible for some sub-sections

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master in Accounting or similar background
  • First experience in an accounting firm or in the accounting department of a multination company is a plus
  • Good theoretical accounting knowledge
  • Good knowledge of Dutch & English
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Responsible and punctual
  • Accurately and result oriented
  • Excellent analytical skills
