Sales Application Engineer (India market)
Are you keen on providing customer support for technical products? Do you like working in a 3D CAD-like environment? Does finding solutions for difficult engineering problems challenge you? What you will do
- Be the technical expert in using our software solutions
- Act as the bridge between the customer, account manager, and software development team
- Guide our customers by providing training and support and demonstrating the technical capabilities of the software
- Have a pre-sales role in uncovering in-depth requirements by consulting with customers as part of the sales process to link them to the best solution
- Provide technical support and expertise for a variety of additive manufacturing software applications in support of customers’ research and development
- Assist with technical expertise at trade shows, events, conferences, etc.
Your profile
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in a Sales & Application Engineer related role
- A natural interest and passion for 3D printing and innovative technologies.
- Knowledge/experience/qualification in 3D CAD (computer-aided design) software
- Familiarity with computer-aided engineering principles like CAD and FEA is a plus
- Willingness to travel to visit customers and attend conferences
- You are well-organized, team-oriented, and have good communication skills in English
- You will be based in India
