Reaction Injection Moulding is often the answer when more than one copy is required. Large, functional parts can be produced within short lead times and at very competitive prices.
The R.I.M. materials allow prototyping and small production series of lightweight and mechanically functional products, which is a typical application in the automotive sector. The production cycle time is relatively short allowing a throughput of about 30 parts per week (dependent on size and complexity).
