Send us your SAFE, Universal or Pilot SurgiGuide® case and win an iPod Shuffle!
• Send in a clinical case done with a SAFE, Universal or Pilot SurgiGuide®
• Your clinical case should clearly indicate that implant treatment would have been difficult or would have caused post-operative complications or esthetic failure without the use of a SAFE, Universal or Pilot SurgiGuide®
• Text should not exceed 250 words and can be written in your local language
• A maximum of 6 images should be included to visualize your clinical case
• Images should be 300dpi and saved in a .tiff or .bmp format
• SimPlant® software screenshots should show a black background
• A filled out and signed clinical case consent form should accompany your case contribution
• Submission deadline: Friday 30th April (11:59pm)
• Send text and images to editorialteam@materialisedental.be. Fax the signed consent form to 0032 16 39 66 22 (for the attention of Caroline Rausch) or email it to editorialteam@materialisedental.be
