The supports
The supports for the fabrication of the shells can be created in different ways:
1. From a stereolithography master
2. From an existing component supplied by the customer
3. By machining directly in urethane plates (Ureol, Renwood), having a density that depends on the series size requested by the customer.
Minimum shell thickness
+1 mm for large parts, + 0,5 mm for small parts
Applications
Functional parts, large parts in limited numbers
