Why choose mammoth stereolithography?

Today we have the luxury to make use of large parts in stereolithography that are delivered in record times and are much more representative. Stereolithography is often criticised as being too fragile for functional applications, which is definitely not the case.

Mammoth stereolithography is the ideal solution for...

The main application of mammoth stereolithography parts is the use as show and tell models or as large master elements for Reaction Injection Moulding (R.I.M.) and vacuum casting processes. Besides this, these SLA parts can also be used as more functional, stronger parts through reinforcement with glass-fibre mats. This fibre reinforcement can be applied for parts such as car bumpers and interior trims.

Some good reasons to choose mammoth stereolithography:

  • Short lead times (4-8 days)
  • Strong parts thanks to Poly1500 and Tusk2700 resins
  • Superior surface quality
  • Dimensions up to 2100x680x800mm in one piece
  • High functionality
