Naomi Kaempfer was born in Boston, USA in 1973. She has background studies in Law and Philosophy at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

In 1999 Naomi received engineering degree industrial design from The Hadassah technical college, Jerusalem.

2000-2002, Naomi completed her Master's Degree of Design at the Design Academy in Eindhoven, Netherlands, where she studied the fields of Product Design (studio Droog design), Interior Design (studio Girod-Merkx) and Identity Design (studio Li Edelkort).

Her previous design work is concentrating on the 3d software studies and benefits of product design manufacturing techniques in globalisation dynamics of commercial architectural manufacturing processes, cultural awareness of commodity and urban cultural design.

From February till June 2003 she worked in collaboration with Young Designer and Industry for Materialise, Leuven, Belgium, where she now works Head of and Art Director of Materialise.MGX department.
