Materialise Dental, which develops 3D technology solutions for implant practices, oral maxillofacial surgeons and orthodontists, announced today that it has established a cooperation with Cefla Dental Group and QR srl to pre-install SimPlant^® Pro on their cone-beam 3D scanning equipment.

Materialise Dental focuses on 3D Digital Dentistry, offering a range of solutions for computer guided dentistry. Its SimPlant^® software is compatible with all implant brands and CT and cone-beam 3D scanners, thus providing clinicians the opportunity to stay with their own implant brands and scanning equipment. The newly established cooperation between Materialise Dental and Cefla Dental Group and QR srl is non-exclusive and offers customers of the two latter companies the possibility to have SimPlant^® Pro pre-installed on the cone-beam workstations upon purchase of a NewTom (NewTom 9000, 3G, VGi) or MyRay (SkyView) cone-beam 3D scanner.
