RapidFit+ is a patented new way of fixturing which consists of a structural platform composed of locators, 3D adjustment blocks and beams. The combination of beam structures and locators create a support system that has a unique fit to part. Depending on your requirements, we can deliver the complete structure to you intact. Or, if you already have a modular system in-house, we can simply provide you with the locators. In any case you can reuse your beams over and over again. By using an innovative technology called additive manufacturing,
each locator is designed and manufactured to ensure a perfect fit every time – in other words, an exact simulation of fixation.
