The EOSINT P730 is an advancement of the EOSINT P700, the world-wide first double-laser system for laser sintering of plastics. It is one of the largest plastic laser sintering systems available on the market, with an effective building volume of 700 mm x 380 mm x 580 mm. We have equipped the machine with standard PA material.
The EOSINT P730 is up to 40 percent more productive compared to the EOSINT P700 and combines increased productivity with highest part quality.
The system allows us to be more flexible in offering fully functional prototypes, small series and personalised products, especially with complex geometries.
Within a very short time, the machine also produces large and complex plastic products. With its build volume of one metre diagonally, even large geometries are realised in just a few hours.
Materialise now houses 4 sinter stations with a build volume of 700 mm x 380 mm x 580 mm.

With its build volume of 200 mm x 250 mm x 300 mm, this system is the smallest machine in our sintering machine park. The big advantage of this machine is the extremely fine focus diameter, enabling wall thicknesses of as little as 0.4 mm to be built.
This means that the system is ideally suited for small, filigree components such as connectors, just to name one example. The build layer thickness is 0.1 mm ensuring high quality parts with very fine details.
Formiga P100 parts already proved to be ideal for medical applications. The machine is now performing at full speed.

With the acquisition of these sintering machines, we again strengthen our position in offering flexible, fast, customised production parts. Our sizeable sintering machine park now amounts to eight fully operational sintering systems, ready to handle your orders in record times.
