To try and explain what working at Materialise has meant for me, what better way is there than to start my testimony with a quote by Al Dean on our company (www.mcadonline.com): “Taking a walk around the company headquarters, it’s clear that this organisation has a massive amount of knowledge that’s available to any customer that needs it, even if that advice points a customer away from their requirements and towards an unthought-of technology or process.”
This perfectly reflects my own feelings after working with this unique enterprise for almost 4 years now. It is the innovative and broad-minded approach as well as the company's diversity on a world-wide level that have given me the opportunity to pursue my professional as well as my personal goals.
Materialise’s efforts in trying to match their strategy with my short- and long-term objectives have impressed me on several occasions and allowed me to internationally develop those skills which I value the most. Last but not least, the company’s heart lies with the unique people that Materialise seems to attract and inspire, and it’s this heart that makes me go that extra mile. I’m continuously challenged by what is seemingly inconceivable today but might come to be bold innovation tomorrow.
