We are looking for a talented and passionate Service Desk Engineer to join Materialise.


  • 2+ years experience as a Technical Support Engineer
  •  Upper-intermediate level of speaking, writing and reading English is a minimum
  •  Relational database & SQL knowledge
  •  Strong organizational and documentation skills
  •  Independent, customer oriented, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  •  Ability to troubleshoot issues without supervision and deliver easy-to-follow solutions
  •  Good understanding of ITIL processes and practices


As a plus

  • Experience in ITSM systems such as OTRS, HEAT
  •  Experience in CRM systems such as MS Dynamics


  •  First and Second level support for business software, hardware, network incidents and service requests
  •  HEAT system administration, configuration & customization according to company business needs
  •  Server & Application Performance Monitoring
  •  Maintain and update internal knowledge base and self-service articles
