Key Account Manager RapidFit+

Responsibilities

Pro-actively establishing, maintaining and growing profitable business relationships with OEM automotive customers in line with the overall sales and business strategy, working as part of a team, the main focus being:

  • Actively prospecting and developing new OEM automotive customers
  • Developing profitable and stable relationships with customers, identifying their needs and formulating technical solutions in conjunction with the support and commercial/service teams
  • Focusing on commercial relationships with customers and project managers on technical realization by assisting with specific customer needs specification for fixture production
  • Continuously adding value to the quality process of the customer
  • Gathering information on competitors and contributing to the overall strategic sales plan by input on competitors, customers, price trends, market trends, opportunities and threats
  • Developing a network at the larger European OEM sites and introducing the innovative RapidFit Fixturing and Cubing concept

 

Requirements

  • Native German & Fluent in English (French is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B technical sales
  • Having an OEM automotive network is a strong advantage
  • Experience with tooking solutions (specifically fixtures and cubes) for automotive applications are a strong advantage
  • Convincing customers and building immediate trust comes natural to you
  • You can detect opportunities and identify potential business
  • Technical background is a plus, but business orientation rules.
  • Ready to travel to customers, offices and production plants in Europe – HQ Leuven
