Customer Relations Officer - Medical/Software


You are responsible for providing support to the sales organization and customers through  administrative processing and follow-up of quotations, orders, invoices, licenses and contracts.

Key responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for customers, together with the account manager, for everything related to the administrative processing of quotations and orders, in line with the established processes and procedures. You assure a swift and qualitative response to client questions with regard to these aspects. You assure that accurate information about outstanding offers and received orders is available at all times;
  • You are responsible for generating customer invoices taking into account the agreements with the customer, the needs in terms of invoicing formalities & posting and the tax and legal requirements. You are also responsible for the initial follow-up of outstanding invoices and where needed for escalating these to the account management;
  • You are responsible for generating software keys and delivering these to clients. You are the first point of contact for customers if for example a license is not working, and where needed you escalate issues to the technical team;
  • You provide administrative support for the sales process, related to the maintenance of CRM databases, customer profiles and information filing;
  • You assist in the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports regarding the sales status and process;


  • You hold at least a Bachelor degree and you have by preference at least 3 years of administrative experience in a technical/software environment;
  • You have excellent problem solving skills;
  • Working proficiency in English is a must;
  • You are communicative & you have great interpersonal skills; both towards customers and towards colleagues;
  • You are detail oriented and you like taking initiative;
