Rapid Manufacturing or Additive Manufacturing

Your product is aimed at a niche market?
There are numerous applications where the quantities required are too small to justify a conventional production mould investment. Using layer-based technologies for end production offers a way out in this situation. This method is called additive manufacturing/rapid manufacturing.
It does not only offer obvious cost and lead-time advantages, but also provides increased design freedom and the possibility to personalise products. Typical applications are concept cars, patient-customised products and design products.

Copying techniques for production series from 10 up to 10,000 parts

When your product is aimed at a small user group, starting up a whole production line will never be profitable. In this case we advise you to use one of our copying techniques (vacuum casting, R.I.M. or injection moulding), which can deliver series from 10 up to 10,000 parts and allow you to cost-effectively begin with a small series of your design and re-order on the fly.
